Our high‑tensile festoon cable, also known as flat flexible crane cable, is a heavy‑duty mobile power and control cable specially engineered for overhead crane, gantry crane, bridge crane and hoist trolley festoon systems.
Built‑in steel wire tensile members greatly improve pull‑resistance performance during long‑distance reciprocating movement, effectively preventing cable core breakage caused by long‑time suspension and traction load.
Made of high‑flexible fine‑stranded bare copper conductor, this flat crane festoon cable delivers outstanding bending fatigue resistance for frequent back‑and‑forth operation. Premium rubber or PUR outer sheath brings excellent wear‑resistance, oil‑resistance, weather‑proof and anti‑UV performance, stable enough to work in harsh industrial, port, workshop and outdoor environments.
Compared with ordinary round cables, our flat festoon cable features compact flat ribbon‑shaped structure, saves installation space, avoids twisting and tangling while the crane trolley travels, and ensures stable power supply and control signal transmission for mobile crane equipment.
